At Pentian AI, we value your privacy and give you full control over your digital footprint. As a registered merchant, you have the absolute right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated operational data at any time.
How to Request Deletion
Please follow the three simple steps below to initiate your data deletion request:
Step 1: Compose Deletion Email
Send an email to our official support address: info@pentianai.co.ke
Ensure you send this request from the registered email address associated with your Pentian AI merchant account.
Step 2: Specify the Subject
Use the exact subject line below to prompt immediate automated queue routing:

Step 3: Verification & Processing
Our data privacy team will verify the request to ensure security. Once validated, your account, along with all associated data, will be permanently removed. The processing timeframe typically takes less than 5 business days, after which you will receive a confirmation email.
What data is deleted?
We believe in true data ownership. Upon processing your account deletion request, all tenant data, inventory records, and chat logs tied to that account in our database will be permanently and irreversibly wiped.
Specifically, the deletion encompasses:
- Tenant Data: Store profiles, merchant credentials, setup keys, and access configurations.
- Inventory Records: Product files, pricing lists, warehouse stock logs, and historic sales records.
- Chat Logs: Meta API messaging sync data, client chat histories, AI-agent draft transcripts, and message queues.
Important Warning
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your Pentian AI account is deleted, you will immediately lose access to your dashboard, order automation channels, and customer sync integrations.
